February 15 is a very special day for us every year. Exactly 46 years went by since Andrea and Thomas Gallenkamp founded today's NOSTA Group. The first delivery of the former "NOSTA-Transport GmbH" consisted of 15 tons of steel, which was transported by truck from Papenburg. Today, we employ more than 800 people in 5 countries on two continents and serve all modes of transport.
This remarkable development is based on our ability to question our entrepreneurial actions and constantly adapt them to the needs of our customers. "In this way, we have become a future-oriented service provider that meets the major and complex challenges of the logistics world at eye level," says Nicolas Gallenkamp, son of the founding couple and our current CEO.
A future topic that will continue to be part of us beyond the 46th anniversary is the further internationalization of all business areas. With the opening of our first branch in Romania, we have recently laid a further foundation stone for this.
From steel transporter to international service provider: even after 46 years, the possibilities and opportunities in logistics are still diverse and almost unlimited for us.
