"With Jesper Lund, we have been able to convince a proven logistics expert to join us on our ambitious internationalization course. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he will be an enormous asset to our family business," says Nicolas Gallenkamp, CEO of NOSTA Group. One of the aims of the new appointment is to bring the companies in the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and the USA closer together at sales level and to develop global strategies for customer retention and acquisition. "He will enter into intensive coordination with the local teams in order to draw concrete plans from the overall growth strategy in order to strengthen NOSTA's international market presence," says Gallenkamp.
Jesper Lund is 54 years old, lives near Amsterdam and can point to a successful career in international air and sea freight. This includes positions at renowned logistics companies in Denmark and the Netherlands, including UPS Supply Chain Solutions and FedEx Trade Networks. Most recently, he was responsible for European sales at C.H. Robinson. There he already joined forces with Ivo Aris, COO Global Sea & Air of the NOSTA Group.

Under the operational management of Peter Mundt, NOSTA's air and sea freight business has grown significantly in international importance over the last five years. "Ivo Aris and I will continue to drive this development together with the highly talented team - he will be in product development and I will be in sales," says Lund. His aim is to significantly expand the business area with cost-effective and flexible solutions. The first step will be to expand the sales team in order to create an even more individualized service package for NOSTA Group's international customers.
